Doug Hawkes

National Accounts Director

Doug has over 30 years sales, project management and commercial experience gained from senior management roles in commercial glazing, lifts, escalators and specialist joinery.  Doug joined Renray 7 years ago to become National Accounts Director and lead the partnerships we have formed with some of the largest care providers in our sector.  Doug is committed to his team and the success of national accounts in general, with a vision to support each customer with our care and solution philosophy, we provide a tailored turnkey solution that sets us apart in our market – this is down to a passion to deliver and exceed expectations whilst continuing to build long lasting partnerships.

John McEwen

Commercial Director

John has 20 years of experience within the medical Devices Industry working with Bed Frames, Pressure Area Care, Wound Care, DVT Prevention, Infection Prevention and Manual Handling.

He started in the industry as a Community Product Specialist covering the North East of Scotland with Huntleigh Healthcare have covered both UK and Internationally in subsequent role, the last few as Sales/Commercial Director.

With a wealth of clinical insight John is your go to specialist for our Pressure Care solution covering beds, static/dynamic mattresses, cushions. With a vision to support you and your team with this range we can provide training and expertise along the way.

Janine Ford

National Business Development Manager

Janine is in her 16th year with Renray, over this time she has gained invaluable knowledge and experience and an in-depth understanding of our customers, and marketplace. Janine’s key strengths are customer relationship management and her innate ability to connect with clients.  She is a trusted advisor and gives an outstanding level of service.  Janine understands every customer wants something unique and her natural flair to bring to life a vision for the care home projects for new build and renovations is built on her foundations and experience to listen, understand the client brief, to add a creative eye to personalise and tailor our range and solutions to customers.  Janine also works with large care groups, helping create brand, corporate identity and interior designs that work across their portfolio’s.

Mark Anthony

National Account Manager, NHS England & Wales

Mark has been with Renray over 10 years and is highly experienced working as our England and Wales Account Manager with a focus on the NHS and Community contracts. Working alongside customers in Tissue Viability, IPC departments, manual handling teams to demonstrate our specialist range of manufactured solutions for furniture and PAC offering to support the clinical needs.

Mark has over 23 years’ experience in manufacturing sales and the last 10 years in healthcare. Mark covers Scotland and Ireland with focus on our National Procurement Contract in Scotland for specialist furniture and PAC range. Plus overseeing newbuild and refurb care home projects from quoting to completion of the project. Mark takes complete ownership from start to finish to drive positive future relationships, with a can-do attitude to support every step of the way.

Tracy Robins

Project Manager – National Accounts

A key member of our team, Tracy has over a decade of invaluable experience in her career at Renray. Having previously served as the Sales Office Manager, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her current role as Project Manager for National Accounts. With an eye for detail and exceptional organisational ability, she skillfully navigates the complexities of project logistics, ensuring co-ordination from inception to completion. Tracy is fundamental to the national account team, her relationships with customers are beyond strong and based on a huge amount of respect and determination to go the extra mile on each and every project.

Over 20 plus year’s experience in the soft furnishing industry for Renray. My aims are to ensure both large and small projects are delivered to our required high standards whilst working to maintain programs and to guarantee that quality levels are achieved. As our customers’ needs for soft furnishing continue to evolve so does our ability to produce tailored solutions every time.

Account Manager

Tom is our hands on account manager who is the key interface and contact with key care home groups around the UK. Where we have preferred supplier status Tom is here to ensure we keep contact and dialogue – hands on account manager who will support and arrange orders as well as attend site visits. With vast product knowledge Tom’s is a central resource to support care homes in their journey with Renray to ensure they capitalize on our complete offering.
